To be successfully in any martial art or professional sport, the player must be able to master the basic fundamentals of the art.
In this training video, we will illustrate the basic fundamentals of Giron Arnis Escrima/Bahala Na Martial Arts. Using our basic stretching and warm-up exercise, along with basic striking patterns, we also will lead you through basic striking line drills and the twelve angles of attack from the Giron system.
