Grandmaster Paul Bowman has been training martial arts for more than 40 years.
In 1964 he began with the Shotokan Karate under Sensei Harada, which he deepened from 1973 under the masters Enoeda and Kanazawa.
In 1987 in Japan he received the 5th Dan (JKA) from the masters Yaguchi and Ueki.
After returning to England he founded the karate association Zendoryu.
In 1992, during a renewed stay in Japan, he received the 6th Dan from masters Osaka and Tabata.
As early as 1989 he began studying Kyusho-Jitsu under Master George Dillman's 10th Dan Kyusho-Jitsu, which changed everything for him.
Today Paul Bowman is the official representative of Dillman Karate International in England.
In this video Paul Bowman shows a variety of drills, intensively devotes himself to the stimulation of pain points, shows Kata applications and deals with energy return in a separate chapter during partner training.
