Grandmaster Yaron Lichtenstein began to learn Krav Maga from the Krav Maga founder Imi Lichtenfeld. At that time he was only 13 years old.
In 1978 he founded Bukan School along with Imi Lichtenfeld.
In 1994, Imi awarded his master student the 9. Dan. This is the highest honor ever granted for Krav Maga.
We will publish the complete system of Krav Maga in this educational films, from the beginning to all the exams which were published in 1971 by Imi Lichtenfeld.
On 5 films we will introduce the complete system of Krav Maga.
In this second part Yaron Lichtenstein will demonstrate fighting positions, punching techniques, pushing techniques, palm punch, finger stabs, attacking spots and many others
The techniques will be demonstrated in details with mitts as well as with a partner.
