In this DVD the basic counters 7 to 12, these techniques with flowering, disarms to strikes 1 to 6, Lock and Block levels 1,2 and 3 and Basic Flow Sparring (Flow Sparring level one) will be covered. All techniques are demonstrated with and without partner, slow and fast and from different angles, so that they can be seen very clearly.
