Learn how to fight! The methodical way

Fighting needs to be learned! At first sight it appears enough to learn one of the many martial ars forms.
However, this decision is already flawed! Not every martial arts offers a solution for critical situations.
What if he the attacker strikes from the distance and what it he immediately goes into the close combat? The karateka certainly has a solution for the first part of the question, however, the second part undoubtedly demands too much of him.
Seen the other way round, a judoka has no problems with close fighting, but the attack from the distance, there is a lack of solutions.
First and foremost: there is not one recipe for all bad situations.
In fact, the focus is always on the person, and if this person hast not learnt to handle with violence, he will be totally lost in the whirlpool of events, in spite of martial arts training.
The training system introduce in this DVD is no universal remedy. It does set up, though, a methodology that enables you to fight, and likely even get through a nasty situation.
The author, Martin Gerstner, has rich experience in such things.
As a special police officer he stood at the front lines for many years.
As a police instructor, he used his experience in teaching recruits and fellow officers.
And finally, he has had a long career in the martial arts.
