Shotokan Karate-Do International Kata & Bunkai Vol.1

This video is the first in a series on one of the most prevalent styles of karate in the World, Shotokan, and especially, the Shotokan which occurs in the SKI (Shotokan Karate International) directed by the Kanazawa. In this first volume will be conducted and analyzed in detail, the five "Heian" core, the five basic katas of this style, "Shodan", "Nidan", "Sandan", "Yodan" and "Godan".
