Kempo Aiki-Jutsu Vol.1
By Shihan Carlos Garcia Almaraz
Shihan Carlos Garcia, founder of Kempo Aiki-Jutsu, practitioner, Master and eternal apprentice of martial arts, and representative for Europe of GGM Jack Shamburger of Hawaiian Kenpo, makes a complete introduction to his system, which arises from the fusion of three main martial arts, Kempo, Aikido and Ju-Jutsu, with influences of Karate, Wing-Chun, Kick Boxing, etc..
From his hand we will know the 1st Kata of the style and some of its main Bunkais to enter directly with one of the pillars of the system, self-defense.
We will analyze in detail situations of defense against chest grabs, direct punch attacks and combinations, with variants, from the guard, or incorporating controls and dislocations typical of Aikido, defense against basic kicks (Low-kick, Mae Geri), ground work (Ju-Jutsu and Judo), 3 chained techniques and finally a sample of Kali work, defense against attack with stick.
A program in constant evolution in the part of self-defense, incorporating and discarding movements to improve, but at the same time very traditional in the part of Aikido and Kenpo, to maintain its initial essence.
"I want to tell the new generations to learn as much as they can, from whomever they can, and above all to respect all practitioners and Masters, no matter what their style or lineage.
If you like something take it, if not, let it go.
