He captured the national champion title in 1969 and 1970.
Dr. Weng is the tormer chairman ot the Department ot Chinese Martial Arts for the Chinese Culture University.
He remains the President of the United States Shuai-Chiao Association and a faculty member ot the University ot East-West Medicine ot Sunnyvale, CA.
