Brazilian Cangaceiro Desert Knife Fighting

The Cangaceiro are a group of Brazilians who live in the desert regions of Brazil. These people are known for their use of knives in self defense, but were nearly wiped out by the Brazilian Government during the 1950s. Testa shows why they are referred to as the 'Desert Rattle Snake Knife Fighters Of Brazil'. The techniques range from stabbing to slashing, but are quite different from jungle knife fighting. The techniques and combinations are lighting fast, and the foot work accounts for only part of the reason.
