Self Pro Krav Operational Locks

On this DVD, the locks are ordered in families, depending on the objective (ways of: leading off, taking to the ground, choking, changing the aggressor´s position, changing from one person to another, evacuations) and the techniques are studied in empty-hands for civilians and with tonfa and operational baton for professionals.
