Estilo De Fondo refers to holding your ground, anchoring your weight, or planting yourself firmly on the ground.
This style also is referred to as a "blocked" or "closed" style.
The De Fondo style encompasses blocking, parrying, deflecting, and evading techniques. In this De Fondo series #2 training video, we will illustrate and defend from the number 6 to number 12 angles of attack.
