Haidong Gumdo

Haidong Gumdo, the art of the sable of Korean origin, was developed by the old Samurangs, the warriors of the Koguryu dynasty. Through the years this Art has developed a training program based on the use of the sable, strikes, defenses and kicks, precise cuts, concentration, control of internal energy through breathing techniques.
